It looks a bit manga-oriented

But that hair and chest look sp plastic... really life-like You don't see that very often with manga-style work. Max points from me because of the lively-esk and fluid style (which is nót ment sexistically... if that's even a word, lol!)

Wonderful palette. The contrast between the mang style of the characters and the semi-realistic rendering of the setting works very well. Not an easy thing to achieve. Great piece.

Well, we all know the breasts are a little big by now

I think this is a great piece. The colors all work very well together and the composition is interesting. I do think the hand on the left breast has unnaturally long fingers. Maybe it's the angle of the hand...not sure.

As for content...what the hell is going on?
I can't tell if the woman is being created by the man, or if he's sewing together some incredible dress on her body. Can you put a little more in the explanation?

So, only minor criticisms from me (not that that means anything). Great piece!

You are skilled at painting skin textures, it looks so shiny and plastic-like, here, in a good way. The hair and the facial expressions are nice too, and I really like the way you mix anime and traditional styles.
In addition to the technical stuff, the design of the guy's shirt is cool, and the background looks good too. The way you made the background look rougher and more dry than the characters adds contrast. Finally, the anatomy seems good as well.
